Home Services America was founded in 1995 to focus on the underserved market of small home repair.  Home Services America, with the assistance of its extremely kind and loyal customer base, has quickly grown into a very successful company that has not forgotten that small jobs still matter to Customers.

In 1997, with the support services of Home Services America, we founded Shore Winds LLC, which specializes in the Acquisition, development, and holding/disposition of real property.

Over the past 20 years we have had the great fortune of gaining an enormous amount of experience in all home renovation/repair, the acquisition, development, holding, and disposition of investment real estate properties for residual income, build spec/custom homes, and acquire distressed properties for the purpose of rehabilitation and short term capital gain sales.
